## Cryo Pop® Original Blend – Yakima Chief Hops

**Cryo Pop® Original Blend** is a specially formulated Cryo Hops® blend developed by Yakima Chief Hops through research into **survivable hop compounds** — aroma and flavor compounds selected for their ability to remain expressive through heat, fermentation and CO₂ scrubbing.

Designed for maximum flavor impact in finished beer, Cryo Pop® delivers intense **tropical fruit, stone fruit and citrus** character, including notes of peach, pineapple, mango and grapefruit.

* Concentrated Cryo Hops® lupulin with reduced vegetal material
* Intense tropical, stone fruit and citrus character
* Ideal for whirlpool and dry hop additions
* Can be used as a complete hop solution or blended with other varieties to amplify aroma
* Use at approximately **20–40% of the hop bill** as a blend amplifier
* As a starting point when replacing T90 pellets, use approximately **40–50% of the original T90 weight**
