This strain is from a famous brewery in the Northeast of the USA which is famous for producing New England-style IPAs.

It attenuates slightly less than Cali Ale, and contributes more body and a slight fruity ester. This strain blends well with aromatic hops and is a good choice for high gravity beers and hoppy style ales.

Can be used across a broad temperature range. This strain has been known to produce more diacetyl, therefore increasing the temperature at the end of fermentation is recommended.
